pudd’Eng is an artisan company founded in 2016 and based in Norfolk. It was born of a love of our unique English pudding heritage and is run by husband and wife couple Kate and Max.

At pudd’Eng we simply believe in eating great food! We use the finest ingredients many of which are sourced locally in Norfolk. Our flour is organic, our dried fruit is free from sulphites and we don’t use artificial flavourings or preservatives. All our puddings are suitable for vegetarians.

In our first year we entered our Chocolate&Ale pudding in the 2016 Great British Food Awards and were thrilled to be the winners of the sweet bakes category! This year, all the puds have been entered for the Great Taste Awards.
